Presently most popular in use are Metal sheets. There are distinct advantages like non-

fragile & avoiding harmful use of Asbestos material as in case of A.C.Sheets, they are

light weight, you can have colour of your choice, they give aesthetic look. These metal

sheets are fixed with self drilling & tapping screws. They do not provide anchorage for

fixing the rooftop system on roof like that of A.C.Sheets which are fixed with J/L hooks.

However, the main disadvantages are, these are thin sheets and they get dents or they

get deformed while walking on them. Due to fine surface, they are also likely to be

slippery while working on them.

Thus, it becomes IMPERATIVE to use our system in combination with Life Line system,

though our system is provided with anti-skid rubber pads. We have supplied our system

for Metal Sheets at variour locations and they are used successfully.

However, there is no standard of profile of these metal sheets like that for A.C.Sheet

manufacturing. Every manufacturer has his own various profiles. There are hundreds of

profiles. We are required to design our system suitable to profile of your sheets. ONLY

IF, the slope is moderate below 20 degrees you MAY try using this system ONLY IF the

surface on which you put the ladder is NOT open to ground, something like two

surfaces and a gutter in between. You should use Steel Wire Rope on the roof to tie the

safety belt.
